As a Project Financial Analyst for Process Automation Business Area in Shanghai, China, you will be responsible for supporting Project Manager and/or Project Finance Manager in all financial and commercial matters and actively drive the project's performance.
Your responsibilities
- Preparing project invoices, financial accounting and reporting (including project site accounting).
- Driving revenues and project cash flow and seeks for optimization
- Being rresponsible for the correctness of project balance sheet and income statement as well as for cash flow and monthly/quarterly forecast. Overseeing currency risk project cash flow
- Being r responsible for the correctness of project balance sheet and income statement as well as for cash flow and monthly/quarterly forecast
- Supporting Project Manager in coordinating and preparing monthly project reviews
- prepare month end forecast,roling 5Q and budget related report
- Monitoring closing result and make adjustment when seeing any abnormal
- Preparing SOX related files for project related CARs
- Providing input to the Project Manager on claim management, back-charges and insurance cases.
- Supporting the Project Manager in adherence to: corporate governance, integrity, assurance, internal control, group charter, business specific finance directives and instructions
Your background
- Bachelor’s Degree in Financial area or business administration
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in project management/control or process optimization related work
- Strong knowledge of business process practices
- Good analytical skills and ability to work independently
- Knowledge on SAP project settings
- Familar with BI/PBI/other data analyst tool is a plus
- Strong English listening and speaking ability
