The Process and Project Management Team supports the Regional and Area management with analyses, implementation of new processes and administrative tasks. The team builds the link between the international station organization and the process owners for aircraft and baggage handling.
- Support the process and project management team in performance analysis and projects
- Act in smaller projects in cooperation with the respecting stakeholders from Lufthansa Group
- Run various standard and ad-hoc analyses on our KPIs for basis of management decision
- Take over single projects independently, develop and drive its implementation into our organisation
- Get an insight in the provider steering processes for supplier ensuring the handling of our aircraft and passengers at the various airports
- Assist in implementing the new organisational structure
- Take an active role as a team member of the team located across the continent
